Program Manager - Brattleboro, VTSUMMARYThe Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the RISE Transitional Living Program including compliance with the Electronic Health Records (EHR) and all Health and Safety requirements. The Program Manager is to collaborate closely with the Vermont Director of Administration and Operations to actively assist the Phoenix House Executive Leadership Team with the administration of Phoenix House New England's strategic plans and goals.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES+ Clearly communicate and continuously support Phoenix House's Mission, Vision and Values.+ Develop relationships with community partners and stakeholders and provide liaison duties as it relates to local community agencies, city organizations and protective services. Oversee community relations and client re-integration. Oversee budgeting, housing fee capture, ordering, and petty cash duties as directed. Monitor balance of clinical, educational, recreational, cultural, and public relation activities as program dictates. Monitor the formulation and completion of individual care plans, progress notes, and group notes. Utilize Phoenix House systems, including Welligent EHR, to document case notes and activities as assigned. Manage a careload of up to 10 clients and provide individual and group services as required. Perform and document Health and Safety standards within the facilities. Assist in planning future programming, budgeting, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations through positive role modeling and participation at special events. Assume responsibility for the overall program in the absence of the Vermont Program Director. Design, with support from the Vermont Director of Administration and Operations, effective staffing models that adequately support the facilities' operations in a cost-effective manner; actively works to minimize unnecessary overtime pay. Work collaboratively to develop and achieve the facility access/intake goals. Oversee and manage all of facilities' access/intake procedures and staff. Actively works to develop/streamline procedures and protocols that work to increase both patient access and revenue. Ensure staff compliance with electronic record keeping, use and care of IT equipment. Ensure new hire/on-boarding is compliant as well as provides an exemplary new hire experience. Ensure all required staffing levels of service to clients are maintained and/or addressed as appropriately as possible. Oversee and maintain good working relationships with agencies, resources and/or families to coordinate services for client care including providing information on substance use and mental health disorder treatment resources and services; and make necessary referrals as needed. Effectively manage staff in a manner consistent with Phoenix House's policies and values. Maintain effective feedback mechanisms with staff in order to enhance work processes and promote employee knowledge and understanding. Provide On Call coverage on a rotating basis. Ensures that sufficient and appropriate levels of inventory of office and medical supplies are on-hand at all times. Maintain DATIS Self-Service files and oversee compliance of RELIAS E-Learning requirements. Ensure program compliance with all CARF, DOC, ADAP local, state and federal regulations. Evaluate with the Vermont Director of Administration and Operations the job performance of direct reports and providing feedback through Introductory Period Performance Reviews and Annual Performance Reviews. Support the VP of Risk Management with the fidelity/compliance of PHNE Incident Reporting policies and procedures. Oversee time-keeping and payroll activities for facilities, including employee attendance records. Other duties as the position may require. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
