Job Details Looking for an individual to assist in continuous reviewing and updating of our internal systems such as Quality Manual, SOP's and Work Instructions. Will also be assisting with outside agencies for continued compliance to specification and requirements like Nadcap, ISO and AS. Responsibilities: Performs receiving inspection of all outsourced operations including purchase parts. Performs raw material purchase order reviews for quality and testing requirements. Performs certification reviews for special process and raw material receipts. Gathers and analyzes data for quality review, auditing and metrics tracking. Maintains SOP & WI for quality system compliance to AS & ISO, manages process improvements, corrective actions, auditing projects. Manages document control, documentation of business processes and quality communications. Performs Mechanical inspection duties, computing angles, radii, and other unspecified dimensions of workpiece to determine conformance to standards. Completes transactions in MRP system, including shipping travelers and Purchase Part receiving transactions. Compiles customer requested documentation. Processes defective material reports. Documents nonconformance and notifies management. Must be familiar with Federal, Military and customer specifications and standards. Interested in hearing more? The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
