Shift Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Description Direct Hire Adecco Staffing is hiring a 2nd shift supervisor for our manufacturing client in Brattleboro, VT. The hours will run 3:00pm-11:00pm Mon-Fri. This position is paying 60k+ depending on experience! Here are some job details: Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor oAssigns tasks to employees. oOversees opening and closing of store or warehouse. oSchedules employee hours and shifts. oMonitors employee work habits and makes sure tasks are completed in a timely fashion. oConducts performance reviews. oWrites up reports of employee behavior or customer complaints. oKeeps work area clean and organized. oMotivates employees and offers incentives for strong work performances. oAddresses and resolves customer complaints. oResponds quickly and practically to emergencies, crises, or unexpected problems during the shift. oEnsures that inventory is accounted for. oKeeps supervisor and upper level management apprised of daily operations. oProcesses paperwork for HR or upper management as required. oTrains new employees. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities oWorks well with a team. oExhibits strong interpersonal and customer service skills. oMaintains professional but friendly demeanor. oDemonstrates familiarity with basic computer programs, such as Word and Excel. oIs familiar with inventory software. oManages time effectively and efficiently. oPays close attention to detail. oIs capable of disciplining or reprimanding employees when necessary. oDemonstrates ability to multitask on a daily basis. Education and Experience oHigh school diploma or GED required. oManagement experience or Bachelor's Degree in Management is preferred. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
