This per diem job is for medication dispensing LPN role in Hub Buprenorphine OTP program in Starting Now, a seven day/week early morning program that dispenses buprenorphine for opioid addiction among other addiction services. JOB
Summary:
Contributes to the multidisciplinary team assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. NON-ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
May be required to perform duties of lesser, equal or greater responsibility. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing. Current Vermont license as a Licensed Practical Nurse. At least one year of clinical nursing experience is required.
