As a talented brand-builder, your strategies, marketing plans, WHO insights, creative work and digital expertise will unlock the limitless potential of the New Chapter brand.MAJOR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:o Develop marketing strategies and plans that deliver on P&L commitments.o Lead innovative digital strategies and plans including search, iMedia, eCommerce, social, influencer program, website, etc.o Conduct business analyses to evaluate in-market performance, competitive landscape, and identify key distribution, pricing, shelving, and promotion opportunities.o Lead key initiatives from concept to in-market including identifying the optimal consumer proposition, launch plans, and creative executions.o Manage multiple agency partnerships and lead the creative development process for all touch points, e.g. print, digital, DTC, social content, packaging, in-store materials, etc.o Identify key WHO and behavioral insights across multiple prime prospects to enable precision targeting.o Manage direct report and work seamlessly with cross-functional groups to coordinate and execute business-building plans.o In partnership with Sales, develop in-store materials, integrated promotions, merchandising, educational material, and value-added packaging.o Perform other responsibilities as assigned.KEY COMPETENCIES:o Exceptional attention to detail.o Passion for digital marketing.o Strong leadership, strategic thinking, collaboration and analytical skills.o Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment, make creative and innovative connections, and operate with discipline.o Must have a can-do attitude, ability to work independently and be adept at handling multiple priorities.EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and CREDENTIALS:o Bachelor's degreeo 3-6 years of brand management experience; preferably in consumer packaged goods.OPTION TO INCLUDE: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE (HR use only)NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
