She/he will be responsible for providing measurements of the effectiveness of World Learning's marketing approaches and will work with staff in marketing and other areas of enrollment management to implement data-driven strategies, track and analyze metrics across all areas including Google Analytics, and conduct campaign ROI and market research.The Marketing Analyst is a member of the World Learning Marketing Department, which is responsible for the marketing efforts of The Experiment in International Living, SIT Study Abroad, and SIT Graduate Institute programs. The department is part of the enrollment management team, which also includes admissions, recruiting, university relations, financial aid, and the administrative functions for our based CRM.Specific Responsibilities:o Manage all aspects of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM related reports, Facebook Insights, advertising ROI, and other metrics for the purposes of analyzing potential student engagement and trendso Provide reporting on Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, overall social media engagement, and advertising campaignso Assist the Marketing Director with marketing strategy based on analysis of campaign effectivenesso Present reports to staff and faculty through presentations and written analyseso Work with IT Web team and writers/editors on recommendations for technical and content changes based on Google Analytics and SEO analysiso Create and manage advertising and event campaign reports in based CRMo Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis of marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing Directoro Conduct market research campaigns and analyze results, including analyzing external statistics and reports, trends, and surveyso Assist Marketing Director in researching new marketing opportunitieso Other duties as assignedRequired Experience:o Minimum of three years of professional experience in marketing, admissions, or a related fieldo Strong qualitative and quantitative research and analytics skills, including a background in statisticso Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices in building marketing campaignso Experience creating and delivering marketing metrics-related reportso Experience with return on investment (ROI) metrics and reportingo Basic knowledge of online marketing and advertising, including social mediao Experience with market research survey creation and deploymento Strong Microsoft Excel skillso Good written and verbal communications skillso Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmento Ability to problem solve, manage projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlineso International and intercultural sensitivityo Google Analytics certification preferredo experience or other database and CRM related experience preferredo Appreciation of overall SIT/World Learning missionRequired Education:o Bachelor's degree in related fieldAdditional Comments:Application Deadline: Open until filledOverview of SIT and The Experiment in International LivingThe Experiment in International Living ( ) provides summer abroad opportunities for high school students in more than 20 countries worldwide. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
