Job Details:
The Quality Data Coordinator s primary responsibilities are to insure the institution s compliance with Meaningful Use reporting and Core Measure performance standards.The Coordinator is responsible for concurrent review of medical records, extraction of patient information for quality reporting and data collection to monitor compliance with regulations.The Coordinator reviews patient information/ documentation of daily observations for electronic core measures and meaningful use.In cooperation with IS, responsible for identifying Clinical Suite obstacles to compliance and for the development of strategies for improved performance. In cooperation with Department Managers, facilitates resolution of complex process issues related to clinical documentation.
The Coordinator must be knowledgeable in core measures, electronic health records, and Meaningful Use and able to run sequel reports to complete meaningful use data submissions.Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Informatics or Healthcare related field BSN with strong IS background preferred.Required:
Minimum of five years experience in clinical operations, systems and procedures in a hospital setting.
Hands on knowledge of at least one clinical information system (LIS, RIS, etc.) and demonstrate analytic skills and critical thinking. Demonstrate strength in data management and ability to organize work and meet deadlines.Evidence of effective working relationships with physicians and other clinicians
Preferred: Experience with Meaningful Use with 1 year experience in healthcare data management.A Vermont RN Licensure and Informatics Certification or equivalent preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
