Welcome to the world of specialty coffee! Mocha Joe's Roasting Company is looking for an Office Manager at our Roasting Shop in Brattleboro.
This is a position for a highly organized and skilled office manager to be a part of our small but dedicated, diverse, and dynamic team.
And it includes all the coffee your heart desires.
Responsibilities include:
Managing financial records (along with the Bookkeeper) Assist founder with general tasks Accounts payable/receivable Managing and ordering supplies for the office and warehouse Managing and tracking inventory Working with vendors Coordinating shipping Managing calendar and schedules Requirements:
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Core computer competency plus familiarity with Excel and Microsoft.
Experience with Quickbooks Desktop is preferred.
Experience reading and working with financial reports is preferred.
Must show adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fluid work environment.
Personal initiative is welcomed and encouraged.
This is a full-time position 32-40 hours Monday through Friday with some flexibility.
Starting pay is $22.
00/hour or commensurate with experience.
Quarterly bonuses available.
Paid Holidays and Paid Time off available from start date.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
