As our Business Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting human resources, bookkeeping, and business-related needs.
Working closely with our Director of Finance and management team, you will contribute to ensuring our virtual office runs effectively and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Navigating the intricate landscape of payroll processes with precision and timeliness, encompassing updates, bonuses, and benefits changes in collaboration with our PEO and international partners.
Providing a comprehensive advisory service in Human Resources, addressing absence management, health concerns, and grievances with utmost professionalism and care.
Ensuring unwavering compliance with state and federal labor laws through close collaboration with our Professional Employer Organization (PEO), maintaining the highest standards of regulatory adherence.
Maintaining meticulous records of employee data and expense documentation, upholding regulatory compliance as well as communicating and enforcing policies.
Championing performance management by coordinating reviews, assisting in the development of improvement plans, and managing the annual performance review process.
Efficiently managing timesheets and time tracking in Harvest to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Taking charge of the end-to-end recruitment process under the direction of the executive team, encompassing job posting, applicant tracking, resume screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer letter preparation.
Guiding the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards and guaranteeing that their initial experience as Green River employees is exceptional.
Serving as the gatekeeper for business administration tasks, overseeing processes such as business registration and property tax reports with meticulous attention to detail.
Effectively communicating and implementing employee policies and benefits to ensure clarity and understanding across the organization.
Recording and managing expenses and bills with precision in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to maintain financial transparency and accuracy.
Facilitating timely customer invoicing, by working closely with project managers.
Our ideal candidate possesses an exceptional attention to detail, a keen eye for policy and legal compliance, and brings experience in HR, benefits, and business administration.
Discretion, professionalism, and either a bachelor's degree or comparable life experience are essential.
Intermediate to advance skill level in Google Sheets/Excel, experience with Google Suite and QuickBooks Online (QBO) are desired.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
