RN Supervisor
The Brattleboro Retreat is seeking an RN Supervisor to provide direct supervision/support to all clinical areas within the hospital including inpatient and residential clients.
The RN Supervisor works collaboratively with charge RNs and Behavioral Health Technicians to address medical, psychological, and social concerns of each patient/resident.
In this capacity, the RN Supervisor balances the needs of each unit as well as A&E to maximize quality of patient care throughout the hospital.

Vermont RN licensure or eligibility for Vermont licensure.
Masters in nursing preferred.
2.
Minimum of three years experience in behavioral health.
Two years of management experience required.
3.
Computer literate, knowledge of PC environment, typing skills, email usage skills, and ability to complete formatted report to executives, managers and clinicians regarding data and events of previous shift.
4.
Proven ability to triage and problem solve.
5.
Proven competence with physical assessment, nursing care and theory, as well as evaluation of the patient or resident after emergency procedures.
