org/socjusOak Grove School has an immediate opening for a full-time Planning Room Paraeducator to assist in the daily operations of the Behavioral Support Team (BEST).
Working closely with a school based BCaBA, this position will focus on the daily oversight and implementation of tier 2 behavioral supports including:
check in/check out (CICO), structured break and reward plans as well as general behavioral coaching with students throughout the school day.
The Planning Room Coordinator will also assist with scheduling, as well as recording and tracking behavioral data.
Some background in early and/or mid-level education in an educational or similar setting, and knowledge of or experience with PBiS or applied behavior analysis would be a plus.
Above all, we would appreciate an easy-going individual with a developed sense of humor capable of working as part of a collaborative team that truly cares about children.
Wage grade 5, Pay range:
$22.
81-$29.
21 based on experience, 191 days per year, 6.
