PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT
POSITION SUMMARYUnder the direction of the RN Team Lead, the Patient Care Assistant (PCA) works as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing efficient and appropriate assistance with select patient and unit needs.
The PCA will also perform a variety of clerical duties and various tasks to provide a well-supplied, safe and clean patient unit.
QUALIFICATION EDUCATION:
High school graduate or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE/SKILL SETS:
Must be at least 18 years old Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment with excellent organizational, customer service and prioritization skills required.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION(S):
CPR within 3 months of hire.
Recommended Skills Customer Service Health Care Multidisciplinary Approach Team Working Administration Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
