Primary responsibilities include the management of the Front of House staff, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction.
The F&B Manager will work with Chef de Cuisine to provide support to back of the house operations and ensure an efficient food service operation.
This is a Flex Year Round Position (working 9-11 months/year) that is benefit eligible.
This position pays $55,000-$65,000/year.
ESSENTIAL DUTIESResponsible for staff management including but not limited to hiring, schedules, performance management, disciplinary actions, training and recognitionEnsure cash-outs and deposits are handled properly and in accordance with Finance policies.
Responsible for the placement of daily product requisitionsProvide training for all Front of House staffRespond to guest concerns and complaints in a timely mannerAssist with Food & Beverage inventoriesAttend all required department, division and Resort meetingsOversee all product transfers in and out of outletResponsible for labor cost controls and food costsCommunicate effectively with all internal and external key playersResponsible for ensuring a clean and safe food service environment for employees and guests.
Work with Marketing to increase revenues and Outlet's reachCreate and maintain an effective staffing planWork with Human Resources Director to ensure performance management plan is consistent with Resort policiesEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Education:
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
Experience:

years supervisory/management experience in a full service restaurant.

Most work tasks are performed indoors.
Temperature is moderate and controlled and the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length at a time over an average shift of 8 hours.
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
Frequently required to climb or balance and taste or smell.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds on a regular and continuing basis.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment including but not limited to:
non slip footwear and gloves.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
