Assistant Treasurer Department:
Finance Nature of work:
Performs complex and responsible clerical, computer, and fiscal work within the treasury function of the Finance Department.
The position is responsible for the collection of large amounts of cash, checks, and credit card payments for a variety of municipal services.
In addition to basic clerical and fiscal skills, positions within this class require certain specialized skills and considerable technical knowledge of internal controls and various municipal activities gained through experience and training.
This position also requires a high level of customer service skills in dealing directly with the public.
Performs related work as required.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 37.
