We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join us in furthering this work.
WSESU is in search of an Intensive Case Manager to work within special education support systems at Green Street School.
STEP (Supportive Teams for Educational Progress) is an inclusion support designed to provide behavioral intervention for students within a general education environment.
The STEP Intensive Case Manager is responsible for coordinating inclusive instructional and social/emotional plans for students who require a high need of support in the general education environment and will work collaboratively with a Behavior Interventionist.
Successful candidates will have an extensive knowledge of Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis, proficiency in academic differentiation techniques for diverse learners, and the capability to provide consultation to classroom teachers, special education teachers, and other school staff regarding best-practice academic and social/emotional interventions for students.
Candidates must be certified (or eligible for certification) in Vermont as a Special Education Teacher, Intensive Special Education Teacher or Consulting Teacher.
Experience working with elementary-aged children with social/emotional challenges, knowledge of trauma-informed practices, excellent problem solving and collaborative skills, and a commitment to inclusive practices in schools are required for this position.
This position will follow the WSESU school year calendar.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
