## Job Description
THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION, ASSIGNMENT WILL LAST APPROXIMATELY THREE TO FOUR MONTHS.
8 hours a day monday thru friday (can be flexible 7 am to 5 pm)
This position is responsible for the sorting, scanning and indexing of files and documents
II. Principal
Responsibilities:
Sorts and Prepares various Documents for scanning/Indexing in an accurate and timely manner. Scans files into the scanning system and ensures the accuracy of all documentation.
Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
## Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalency required.
1-2 years relevant experience.
Knowledge of documents and appropriate filing.
Detail oriented with ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Flexibility to respond to multiple assignments and situations.
Ability to work independently and to work well in a team environment.
Effective computer skills
Ability to operate office equipment/systems to perform responsibilities effectively.
Ability to lift boxes of files that weigh approximately 50 pounds.
