Summary:Responsible for clinical management and coordination of students, supervision of staff, and provision of treatment in accordance with established philosophy, objective and policies of the hospital to ensure safe, high quality and therapeutic patient care.Relates effectively with other disciplines, and in the absence of the BRIDGES Program Manager, can serve as the lead clinical presence.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLSANDABILITIES REQUIRED:
1.Clinical expertise in psychotherapeutic process, transference and counter transference dynamic, crisis intervention, skills in working with the chronically mentally ill population as well as with individuals and families undergoing acute episodes of psychiatric distress; skills in diagnosis and assessment.
2.Ability to work as part of a comprehensive community mental health team and to represent the Brattleboro Retreat in the community.
3.Familiar with community support systems, health care and human service resources, courts and police, etc.
4.Good organizational skills, writing skills, effective interpersonal and team skills.
5.Must be a self-starter and able to function independently. Flexibility in days and hours available for scheduled work, including weekends.
6.Knowledge of and ability to adhere to the professional code of ethics and the state mental health code.
7.History of supervision of clinical and non-clinical staff.
8.Significant experience facilitating family and/ or larger interagency meetings.
9.Capable of navigating the interagency processes; our multi-state catchment area requires the ability to interact with numerous agencies that can vary from state to state.
Qualifications:
1.Master s degree in Social Work required or Master s credentials in related field acceptable to Manager of Social Service.
2.Must be current LICSW or LMHC in the State ofVermont.
3.Minimum of five years professional experience in the mental health field.
4.Possession of a valid driver s license and access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
