General Description:
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing reporting and analysis of the marketing activities in which the Marketing Department engages. She/he will be responsible for providing measurements of the effectiveness of World Learning's marketing approaches and will work with staff in marketing and other areas of enrollment management to implement data-driven strategies, track and analyze metrics across all areas including Google Analytics, and conduct campaign ROI and market research.
The Marketing Analyst is a member of the World Learning Marketing Department, which is responsible for the marketing efforts of The Experiment in International Living, SIT Study Abroad, and SIT Graduate Institute programs. The department is part of the enrollment management team, which also includes admissions, recruiting, university relations, financial aid, and the administrative functions for our based CRM.
Responsibilities:
o Manage all aspects of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM related reports, Facebook Insights, advertising ROI, and other metrics for the purposes of analyzing potential student engagement and trends
o Provide reporting on Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, overall social media engagement, and advertising campaigns
o Assist the Marketing Director with marketing strategy based on analysis of campaign effectiveness
o Present reports to staff and faculty through presentations and written analyses
o Work with IT Web team and writers/editors on recommendations for technical and content changes based on Google Analytics and SEO analysis
o Create and manage advertising and event campaign reports in based CRM
o Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis of marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing Director
o Conduct market research campaigns and analyze results, including analyzing external statistics and reports, trends, and surveys
o Assist Marketing Director in researching new marketing opportunities
o Other duties as assigned
Required
Experience:
o Minimum of three years of professional experience in marketing, admissions, or a related field
o Strong qualitative and quantitative research and analytics skills, including a background in statistics
o Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices in building marketing campaigns
o Experience creating and delivering marketing metrics-related reports
o Experience with return on investment (ROI) metrics and reporting
o Basic knowledge of online marketing and advertising, including social media
o Experience with market research survey creation and deployment
o Strong Microsoft Excel skills
o Good written and verbal communications skills
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
o Ability to problem solve, manage projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
o International and intercultural sensitivity
o Google Analytics certification preferred
o experience or other database and CRM related experience preferred
o Appreciation of overall SIT/World Learning mission
Required Education:
o Bachelor's degree in related field

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
