JOB SUMMARY : Provides supervision and direction hospital - wide to all clinical areas in the interest of providing appropriate care for inpatient and residential clients. Works collaboratively with charge RNs inpatient and charge MHWs in residential settings to address medical, psychological, and social concerns of each patient/resident. In this capacity, per diem supervisor balances the needs of each unit as well as A&E to maximize quality of patient care throughout the hospital.

## KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Medical and clinical assessment skills.
2. Ability to triage multiple care needs throughout the hospital and problem solve so that the needs of the patients are best met on each unit.
3. Ability to work with staff members and identify their respective strengths and weaknesses.
4. Ability to guide staff toward better care of patients and through a collaborative process and, when necessary, through initiation of disciplinary action in collaboration with the Evening Clinical Managers and the unit managers.
5. Ability to identify milieu destabilizing problems and work collaboratively with charge RNs/MHWs,
demonstrating a willingness to guide staff toward stabilizing and maximizing the therapeutic milieu.
## QUALIFICATIONS
1. Vermont RN licensure or eligibility for Vermont licensure. Masters in nursing preferred.
2. Minimum of three years experience in behavioral health. Two years of management experience required.
3. Computer literate, knowledge of PC environment, typing skills, email usage skills, and ability to complete formatted report to executives, managers. and clinicians regarding data and events of previous shift.
4. Proven ability to triage and problem solve.
5. Proven competence with physical assessment, nursing care and theory, as well as evaluation of the patient or resident after a physical hold, locked-door seclusion, or involuntary medication event.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
